From Euphrates to Kura: Armenia has no other borders
Armenia is a state with clear borders, currently occupied, Sarkis Tsaturyan, founder of the All-Armenian movement “Ashkharazhokhov”, declared in a video message.
“The frontier of Armenia begins in the heart of every Armenian and Armenian woman. The clue to the Armenian Question, the greatest mystery of the Caucasus and the Middle East, is in the heart. The wider the Armenian heart is towards its own people, the closer it is to the true Armenian borders. For Armenia’s map is the silhouette of the Armenian heart.” the politician emphasised.
Sarkis Tsaturyan denies dividing Armenia into “historical” and “modern”: “There is merely one single Armenia with its 15 provinces. But over 90% of our Armenian lands are occupied by Turkish and Baku fascists.”
He presented a map of Armenia bearing the main purpose of preserving the identity of the Armenians and the other indigenous nations of the Caucasus and the Middle East.
“Every nation is given by God precisely as much land just to fulfil its destiny. A great state of over 275,858 square kilometers was granted to the Armenians.
Where it all began? 11 August 2024 marks 4516 years since Hayk, the ancestor of Armenians, founded Armenia after defeating the Babylonian tyrant, Bel. Our homeland existed within the borders lasting from the Euphrates to the Kura River since Hayk till the partition of Armenia in 387 A.D. Armenia maintained these boundaries for 2879 years.
No nation in the human history has preserved its state borders this long. The Roman Empire, for instance, lasted 500 years. Byzantium endured for more than 1000 years. The Ottoman Empire – 623 years, and the Russian Empire – almost 200 years.” added the Ashkharazhokhov Pan-Armenian movement founder.
Tsaturyan is convinced “Loving Armenia by parts is impossible.”
“For instance, you cannot recognize Syunik but reject Artsakh or Bartsr Haik. For Armenia is a particular phenomenon with specific boundaries. When you love a woman or a child, you love completely – the soul and the body from head to toe. So, we, Armenians, should love our Motherland unconditionally. Recognizing its natural borders – from the Euphrates to the Kura, for Armenia has no other borders. Otherwise, everything else is an invention of the occupiers and their colonial viceroys.”
The Armenian nation’s future depends on each Armenian’s moral choice. “Our future is not to be decided in Moscow, Baku, Ankara or London. This future is decided in your heart here and now. You can either refuse the reality and the occupation imposed by your enemies and choose the Armenian Dream to create a new reality, or accept to be enslaved and occupied.
Armenian, remember: only love generates unity. Only unity makes strength. Strength is the only way to revive our grandfathers’ and great-grandfathers’ Armenia.” Tsaturyan pointed out.
