The true border of Armenia with the so-called Azerbaijan

March 1, 2025

The borders of Armenia and so-called Azerbaijan cannot begin in Tavush or Syunik. Our only eastern boundary is the Kura River, beyond whose left bank lies historical Albania—the state of the Lezgin people. Armenians and Albania never shared any borders other than the Kura. Nakhichevan is an occupied Armenian province, just like Artsakh, Utik, or Bardzr Hayk.

The Armenian people must demand the de-occupation of all their ancestral lands from their enemies, not just a portion. For the past 30 years, we focused solely on Artsakh, fixated on it, and ultimately lost it. If you step into a boxing ring and slap your opponent instead of knocking them out, don’t be surprised when they rush to dismember you.

The Armenian people own a 15-room house. Yet the Yerevan-based authorities convince them to live in a one-room apartment and keep their heads down. Excuses like “Armenians are weak” or “we must agree to peace” are meaningless because weak nations never live in peace. They will always be torn apart—precisely due to their weakness.

Armenia and so-called Azerbaijan are conducting “border delimitation” based on the 1976 Soviet General Staff map to “restore the inter-republican borders that existed within the USSR at the time of its collapse”.

Yet no one can explain why Armenians, with 4,516 years of history, should define their borders using the internal administrative lines of a foreign state—the Soviet Empire, which lasted only 70 years. Today, the USSR no longer exists. But the Soviet Union remains in the minds of Pashinyan, Aliyev, and their Moscow-based “supreme arbiter”.

The Baku tyrant claims the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is over and the Minsk Group should disband. This is another manipulation. The conflict with so-called Azerbaijan can end only under one condition: when the occupiers leave Utik, Artsakh, and Nakhichevan. You may endlessly delude yourselves by watching Yerevan’s authorities “serve” you.

But true Armenians will never accept the occupation of Armenian land, the destruction of our churches, khachkars, and graves—our material and spiritual heritage. You will answer for everything!
