Armenian land is more than a people’s habitat. The land is the geographical representation of Armenian morality. An Armenian embodies a harmonious combination of the genes and spiritual values. An Armenian denying the affiliation to Armenia of all 15 Mets Hayk provinces has no moral right to be called an Armenian.
The language skills and Armenian parents also do not suffice to consider oneself an Armenian. A true Armenian recognises Armenia along the borders extending from the Euphrates to the Kura.
Unfortunately, today some Armenians hesitate to publish the true map of Armenia to avoid «insulting the neighbours». As they don’t believe the Armenian Dream.
The Ashkharajohov movement strongly believes in the Armenian dream, namely a just solution to the Armenian question. Therefore, we publish the only legitimate map of the Armenian state. We’re sure that the Armenian question can be solved only by Armenians confident in our state’s resurrection.
The frontier of Armenia begins in the heart of every Armenian and Armenian woman. The clue to the Armenian Question, the greatest mystery of the Caucasus and the Middle East, is in the heart. The wider the Armenian heart is towards its own people, the closer it is to the true Armenian borders. For Armenia’s map is the silhouette of the Armenian heart.
So, the map we are showing bears the main purpose of preserving the identity of the Armenians and the other indigenous nations of the Caucasus and the Middle East. Every nation is given by God precisely as much land just to fulfil its destiny. A great state of over 275,858 square kilometers was granted to the Armenians.
Where it all began? 11 August 2024 marks 4516 years since Hayk, the ancestor of Armenians, founded Armenia after defeating the Babylonian tyrant, Bel. Our homeland existed within the borders lasting from the Euphrates to the Kura River since Hayk till the partition of Armenia in 387 A.D. Armenia maintained these boundaries for 2879 years!
No nation in the human history has preserved its state borders this long. The Roman Empire, for instance, lasted 500 years. Byzantium endured for more than 1000 years. The Ottoman Empire – 623 years, and the Russian Empire – almost 200 years.
There were different periods in Armenian history when Armenia shrank its borders or on the contrary expanded, as occurred during the Tigran II Artashesyan’s reign in the 1st century BC.
There was a period of the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia, a Mediterranean power lasting 344 years, from the last quarter of the eleventh century to the first quarter of the fifteenth century. Incidentally, Cilicia, a relatively small period in of Armenian statehood history, existed longer than the Mongol Empire and longer than the Russian Empire.
While the empires constantly succeeded each other in Armenia’s destiny, the flame of Armenian statehood never died out. Armenian dukes and military leaders revolted regularly against colonial oppression. The uprising in Syunik, Artsakh and Nakhijevan led by David Bek, the first quarter of the 18th century, is a vivid testimony to this.
The liberation struggle waged for centuries by the Armenian fedayeen laid the foundation for the First Republic of Armenia in the early 20th century, but the nation was deprived of its ancestral lands in the West and East in the wake of Bolshevik and Turkish occupation.
We have been literally pushed into the so-called borders of the Soviet Armenia, the coffin of the Armenian nation, up until now. As Armenians cannot preserve their identity and statehood without Bartsr Hayk, Turuberan, Nakhijevan, Artsakh, Utik and the rest of provinces.
There is no “historical” and “modern” Armenia. There is merely one single Armenia with its 15 provinces. But over 90% of our Armenian lands are occupied by Turkish and Baku fascists.
Loving Armenia by parts is impossible. For instance, you cannot recognise Syunik but reject Artsakh or Bartsr Haik. For Armenia is a particular phenomenon with specific boundaries. When you love a woman or a child, you love completely – the soul and the body from head to toe. So, we, Armenians, should love our Motherland unconditionally. Recognising its natural borders – from the Euphrates to the Kura, for Armenia has no other borders. Otherwise, everything else is an invention of the occupiers and their colonial viceroys!
The Armenian nation’s future depends on the moral choice we make. Our future is not to be decided in Moscow, Baku, Ankara or London. This future is decided in your heart here and now. You can either refuse the reality and the occupation imposed by your enemies and choose the Armenian Dream to create a new reality, or accept to be enslaved and occupied.
